Direct to Garment printing is just as durable as screen printing.
Standard processing time is about 3-5 business days. Once processed and produced, shipped orders usually take about 1-3 business days to arrive.
As is the nature of dealing with unique custom orders, every now and then there may be an issue. We are only human, after all. In such cases, if the fault is with us, we will gladly replace your item. However, there are instances in which we can not be held responsible. Please refer to the list below to determine whether or not you will be eligible for a replacement.
Faulty product: If the product has a manufacturing defect such as holes, stains, etc.
Placement: If the print is clearly off-center or crooked.
Incorrect Image: If we print the wrong image.
Incorrect product: If we sent the wrong garment, color, size, etc.
Ordered wrong size: If the size you ordered does not fit to your liking
Artwork: If the print quality comes out bad due to problems with the artwork file, such as low resolution, incorrect print size, random pixels, etc.
Address: If you or the customer provided an incorrect address, we will not cover the cost for re-shipment.
Incorrect Image: If you selected the wrong image to be printed.
